Honeynut Winter Squash
Honeynut squash is a mini-butternut with more flavor and a more convenient size than larger butternut. Simply cut them in half lengthwise, remove the seeds, and bake cut-side down until soft. Serve with butter and salt, soy sauce (or alternative), sriracha, or a miso glaze. They are an easy addition to fill out any meal. $3 each. Certified Organic.
