Here are a few documents that could be of use to other beginning farmers. Feel free to borrow anything and don't hesitate to contact us with any questions or if you'd like us to send you the files.

2015 Weekly Schedule (In Progress):
We have a copy of this in our greenhouse and it helps to keep us on track through the season. This is our quick reference to know what we need to do in a given week, while the crop plan shown below gives more specifics.
Crop Plan:
For greenhouse seeding and direct seeding in the field we reference the crop plan. It gives greater detail about varieties and seeding amounts. A copy of this stays in our greenhouse. We document the actual seeding dates and amounts in a spiral notebook in the greenhouse.
Bed Map:
We only use this while planning to make sure everything can fit.
Weekly Bed Map
This tells us what needs to happen to each bed by week. We don't print this, just reference it by computer.

Harvest Log:
Blank copies are in the wash station and are filled in with harvest amounts and harvest times rounded to the nearest 15 minutes for each crop. A different harvest list of what we hope to harvest is made the night before and goes into the field.
2015 Farmers' Market Product Log:
The washer/packer fills out what produce goes to each market while packing during harvest day. Left-over amounts are recorded while packing up after market.
